This class is all about Biscuits and Gravy. Have you always wanted to make a “Cathead” biscuit and a pan of good gravy like your Granny use to make? Then this is the class for you. This class will be held in the Pavilion at the hearth using traditional pans and dutch ovens. Register at the office or call 276-773-3080 and sign up. The cost of the class is $5.00 a person. If you have a favorite jelly, then by all means bring it along to share. Sopping may be involved during this class.
